I am currently living here, and would highly recommend you to not live here. First reason is the incompetency of the maintenance staff. One repair usually takes three to four rounds to do, and I am talking minor repairs here. Second reason is the heating system is very pathetic, it uses the water heater, this inturn blows barely warm air and if normally the heating would take 10 minutes in a regular home, it takes 40 minutes to do the same job; hence the significant increase in energy bills. In the morning, there is barely luke warm water available for showers and in winter time that is not good. The office staff is very polite and does try to accomodate the tenants. The location is great, and people are also very nice in the apartments as neighbors.
