I have moved out for almost 2 months. I left my new address before I left but I still haven't gotten any money back...
I called the office 2 days ago, the lady said she would get back to me. Today, I left another message. I am still waiting for an answer.

I had to follow up with Jessica (OL)who said would call me back but never did. I went to the office instead of calling so I can get my answer right there. I asked her if she could cut me a new check in case I never gotten the check they cut earlier. She said ok.
After a week, I got the first check forwarded by RSM post office (The post office screwed up again). Finally....
I called the office before I deposit the check. Jessica answered the phone again. I asked her if this check was ok to deposit for I was afriad they stopped this check and re-send me a second check. She said it was ok to cash. So I did. Same day, I got the second check from Avalon. They cut me a new check. Great, now, I will have to explain to my bank what happened otherwise my bank will charge me for a bad check.

Just remember, don't depend on the office people who says, "I will call you back to let you know."

What they charge from the deposit is a little bit weird. They gave me 6 keys and I returned them all on the day I left. They charged me $14.95 for the keys. I asked Jessica why, she hasn't returned my call yet.
