My only complaint was the paper thin walls. We also had a rude guy living next to us that would watch late night movies connected to a sub woofer. Management does deal well with rude people. We spent more $$ to live against the bike trail in the back of the complex...totally worth it... with a lovely view. Price is fair considering it is in South County and shopping is VERY convienient. I would reccomend living here.
