When we moved into this place early 2003, the grounds, the neighborhood, the security & the management was excellent. NOW everything has gone to the crapper.

Management are constantly not available in the office and now that they do not open on Sundays, there's no one to reach when you have problems with the apartment or the neighbors. The staff don't care about your concerns even though you're paying thier salary with your rent. They don't enforce the rules and policy that they have for the apartment tenants and the grounds looks like ---- now.

The apartment fixtures falling off and rotting away. Screen doors hanging out of the balconies. Wet clothes & towels are also hanging out on the balconies, patios, and stairs like clothes line. WHAT IS THIS SANTA ANA!!!

The play ground area for kids look likes it should be quarantined for all the disease and viruses you can think off and that why the kids don't pay there. Instead they hollar and scream in the common areas which flood everyones apartments with their noise.

Don't get stuck with this place and don't consider it if you want piece and quiet for the money that you would fork out for rent!!!
