I have currently been living here for a year and my 14 month lease will be up soon and am moving on to a much better place. I moved here b/c it looked like a nice place and I would be over a garage so i only had the neighbor next to me to worry about. This place totally sucks, the air conditioners are over 20 years old and every time we call about a problem with it they don't fix it and just make excuses. Plus, it started leaking all over our floor in the hallway and they did not rush their repair job. On top of that when they did open the a/c vent inside the apartment we found rat/mice feces had fallen out of the vent. I have 2 small under children under three and this concerns me alot. If you want a nice place to live without having to worry about anything do not move here. Also, when we moved in we did not know that for some reason the cable in the living room had been chewed by an animal through the attic and that none of the electrical outlets fit a standard size plug. The management and the maintenance team does not seem to care.

Dont know where you lived I think this is a typical responce to an evicted client,my experience has and is great at Avalon.
