Started off here in 2003 and all was great as a young couple until a few months ago. Office staff turnover has really impacted the living experience here, as well as maintenance promptness.

Our AC broke and we called to have it fixed before leaving on a vacation. They never got around to it the day we called, so we left another message the day we left for vacation. They fixed it-- but left it running in the ON position for the week we were gone. We are dreading the bill, have spoken to office staff, and they are insisting it is "normal procedure" to leave AC units on once fixing them.

In the last few months, the place has looked horrible, noise from kids and neighbors has increased, and the normal perks they used to have (donut days four times a year, a monthly newsletter, etc.) have disappeared.

Not a bad place to live if you are single or a young couple, but we are definitely looking to move somewhere else once our lease is up.
