I forgot to mention the severe rat infestation. Since the very first day that I started working there, we were receiving maint. requests for rats in the attic. Live ones AND dead ones that smelled. Sadly, this is a problem that will not go away. And yes, potential renters should take heed to my advice. Afterall, a former employee who knows firsthand what goes on there should know. And if you think the Resident Manager is incompetent and on a "Power-Trip", wait til you deal with the corporate office. Ha! What a joke. GOOD LUCK getting them to care. To work in property management, you really have to lack compassion, empathy and have no soul.And to the previous poster, there is a huge difference between "socializing" with the residents and getting drunk with them. I never conducted in such inappropriate behavior so try and "keep it real".And you were NEVER a friend. You were always nasty and rude to me on the job and were only nice to me afterwards out of GUILT. At least I don't have 5 different kids from 4 different fathers. Those poor kids.

wow!!! girl ..you got some serious issues !!!! just who sat around drinking with the residents ????..are you out of your freakin mind????..I worked my behind off at work than too it home to my house full of drama!!!! you know this ..whats wrong with you ???? fa real !!!!what the heck did I do to you?? I was never rude to you girl...you know this!!! I tried so hard to help ..come on now ...you need to be real!!! .you got me twised with someone else!!..and dont you dare !! put my kids out on blast!!!...what you are saying is first of al nasty and second of all A FREAKIN LIE!!!...so knock it off...Im sorry for your pain...I will pray for you ...

Is this a review site or a place for a b**ch fest? If you hate your jobs so much, try going to "www.jobvent.com". That is a better venue. Find another place for this constant wining!
