My parents and I moved into Avalon in '99. My father passed away in 2006 and my mother and I moved from the large unit to the smaller 2bdr. It is quite cozy and having tried all three 2bdrm layouts prefer this one over the rest. It is our home. The management has always made us feel that Avalon is our home and they don't treat us like "renters" but family. They care for the tenants and address any issues that come up in a professional manner. We have a cat and he is made welcome as well. When maintenance comes in, they make sure not to scare or let the the cat out. Avalon is a community of residents. I highly recommend this complex.
