All they do here is collect rent and never, ever put anything back into this property. It looks like it has never been remodeled since it was built. The common areas are always filthy. Everything is run down and old. Inside the carpeting is old and dusty and the padding underneath is hard. Appliances are old and scratched, things are just falling apart. Everything is jimmy-rigged instead of repaired properly. They use only the cheapest materials and fixtures. The caulking looks like it was done by a 10 year old playing with putty. The linolium has been patched instead of replaced. There are obvious patch marks all over the walls. You start to hammer a nail in the wall and the wall caves in. Children are out after 10pm on big wheels and constanly screaming in the common areas. Don't be tempted by the move-in specials...not worth it. Sadly, this place is the ghetto of Rancho Santa Margarita.
