My experience at Cortesia was mostly positive. When I called for maintenance, they were usually there the next morning. The landscaping always looked fine, and the management were pretty nice.

If you move here, be sure to be very careful to fill out the move-in form. List any, and I mean ANY problems you see. When we moved in, the linoleum was scraped in two places, but we didn't think it was a big enough deal to report. Now the apartments are pestering us for $100 to fix the floor, after using our whole deposit.
