Cortesia is awesome. I would rec. it to anyone who loves to drive, because RSM isn't exactly right off the freeway unless you don't mind paying the toll for the 241. The only reason I'm moving is because I work in Huntington Beach and the commute sucks. But the apartment is awesome. My 1-bedroom is enormous with a bathroom truly designed with a woman in mind. There is plenty of room for all my beauty products in the vanity area, and a great big bath tub for soaking after long, annoying commute home. The kitchen could use more storage, but it's pretty decent. All appliances are included and there is a pantry. My living room is really big and airy with room for my couch/loveseat and plenty to spare. Having a laundry room is nice and it is not noisy at all. The bedroom is really big (room for my queen bed and desk as well as end table and cat furniture). There is a dining room/area and a huge walk-in closet in the bedroom. Storage hasn't ever been a problem since there is also a coat closet and a storage unit on the patio. The grounds here are very well-kept. I've never had an issue with dog waste! Parking costs extra if you want a carport or garage assigned, which is less than ideal, but I waited several months before I thought it was necessary to get a carport. It's only a problem if you get home late at night really. My friends haven't ever had trouble finding a spot when they visit. Maint. is lightning fast and they fix problems the first time! The office staff is friendly and helpful too. Hilary has been GREAT. She responded right away when I had a noise issue w/ my upstairs neighbors and even the neighbors have been a lot better about the noise now. I really wish I didn't have to move, but the commute is just too much on my older car. I'm hoping to work it out so I can transfer to another BRE property because my experience has been great.
