Great big apartment. Huge patio, almost another room in itself. If you have heavy walkers above, you'll hear it. Buildings were just painted last month. Quiet nieghborhood. A lot of animals & people are pretty good at picking up after them. Only downfall is high turn over in leasing office, you must KEEP on them with requests and almost stalk them. No 24 hour Maintenance and I have seen water heaters bust and water is running overnight off the balcony. Parking is tight, waiting lists up to 3 months to get a carport that will run you $25 a month, $100 for a garage. Also, pet deposit is steep, therefore you have a lot of people hiding their pets. So, if you have noise problems, don't hesitate to report them.
All in all, you pay for location. I feel very safe here and the complaints are really no big deal.
