Lived here for a year. Maintenance requests get handled within 24 hours. Nice, safe community. Only con I have is that the management has been slowly changing this past year and they staff is not as nice or friendly as when I moved in. I feel like I'm "bothering" the receptionist whenever I go in to ask/request something. Oh, and parking sucks if you get home after 6ish so you have to pay an extra $25 for a carport or $100 for a garage. Worth it I think though because overall it's a great community. It's RSM though, you can't expect any less.
