Thanks, Apartment Ratings! With you we found a nice place in RSM. It's clean, tidy and quiet. We got a discount in rent and we are paying a ridiculously low price for a newer apartment built in the 2000's that can be considered to be luxurious.

The people who live here have a lot of children and dogs and overall, people here are friendly. Management is responsive and nice. After considering places in Anaheim, we're glad we cross checked every apartment on here or else we would have ended up living in a roach-infested and crime ridden complex.
