I read the comments by the other posters and had to laugh and cry. First of all, I have to agree with the assesment that whoever wrote "Skyview is the Place to Live" is obviously from management. The manager that was there when I lived there is just stupid and evil enough to do this.

Seriously, if you are considering renting here I suggest you come by on your own after 6pm. You will see the so-called "caring" management going door-to-door and warning people that their kids and causing too much trouble. Almost everyone of my neighbors while I was their had kids and received the same warnings I did.

It really boggles the mind because Skyview does have some nice open lanscaped areas in between the various apt buildings. But God-Forbid the kids that live there should actual go outside and use the open areas to play!

Save yourself an enormous amount of frustration and look elswhere.

I live at Skyview now and am thankful that the management asks parents to corral their children. Parents let their children run around unsupervised. Kids play on other tenants' landings, leaving food and toys. They skateboard and bicycle in and through the parking areas. And they act as if the car and driver are in THEIR way! There is a park just minutes up the road! There is NO NEED for kids to use the common area as if it belongs to them!
