I have to say that Skyview isn't the worse place to live in Rancho, but it competes with Ghetto La Paz as the standard of living. Too many problems with parking, scummy tenants that break every rule and an uncaring office staff that makes excuses every time you ask for assistance.
They deducted a lot of money out of our deposit and everything was a fight with them when we were moving. We gave them over 6 weeks of notice and they couldn't manage to rent our apartment to save us any money. This coming from a Manager that swore they were at 97% occupied and gladly accepted our notice to move. Also, they are giving out HUGE RENT INCREASES while they are tearing apart the buildings and majorly inconveniencing the tenants. I liked catching a lizard or two per month because the weather stripping was so bad, the creatures would come on in.
Susan and Lourdes are rude! I agree with another persons description that they were treated like an interruption. That is how you are treated constantly. I had a lot of confidence when I watched the Maintenance Supervisor drinking beer with the scummy tenants and having a smoke with them all the time. No wonder the rules were broken!
PARKING is the biggest issue!!! If you ride a motorcycle, this is the place to live because you will never be able to park a car in open parking as there is none. Susan will tell you that there is ample parking, but she will be lying through her teeth because after 6:00 at night, you can't park your car. Steve the Manager even admitted there is a parking problem! Hello dumbshit - You can do something about the problem.
There was never any gratitude from the staff for paying the rent before the 1st of the month consistently - They were big jerks and don't deserve a good review.
