Yes parking is a challenge due to the select few anywhere you go that abuse the garage not to be used for storage policy.

Can be noisy from time to time but have found from personal experience that perserverance pays off in this category.

Property is aesthetically pleasing and the landscaping is appealing to the eye.

Units are 8 years old and in great shape speaks to maintenance and attention to detail.

The office staff had 1 person that was unreliable but she has since moved on now they have a excellent staff lineup from the temp office employee all the way up to management a class act hands down.

The maintenance staff has been very quick to respond 99% of the time, there's always that outside chance that something such as a water leak for example can take precedence over your clogged drain call. But all in all they are very accomodating, friendly and helpful.

The level of customer service is so amazing that when our lease was going to expire and we went apartment hunting we didn't find any other property management company that could match the Equity Residential Property level of customer service. We tried the Shea's, the Irvine Company and the B.R.E.'s out there but they do a bang up job here!!

If you like living in a place where you can relax away from the city hustle and bustle look no further!!
