Sky View USED TO BE a very nice place to live. Now on our fourth manager, who lives here, and the place is going downhill FAST. Renters are sub-letting apartments, read 8 cars per apartment. GOOD LUCK PARKING after a hard days work, or a night out. Parties and fights without lease violations issued. Stoned dope dealers and constant buyers giving intimidating glares to decent families and kids. Pool area not kept up. Eliminated bug spraying, infestation looming. MANAGER IS NOT DOING SQUAT TO STOP THIS ONCE GREAT PLACE TO LIVE FROM PLUMMETING INTO A SLUM!!! I'm outta here... GOOD LUCK EQUITY RESIDENTIAL!

We must say there has been a new Property Manager who took over recently and her team is making it a wonderful experience to live here. The attitude is very upbeat and we are very happy here. Customer service is tops!.

dude, it's 2010. complexes today DON'T have managers anymore. they're LEASING AGENTS responsible for managing sales, not managing people, maintenance or anything else. they're forced to leave voice mails and letters on doors if they have too. it's not their fault, not to say that most aren't total Aholes like most used-car salesmen, relatively speaking. it's the nature of today's beast. corp is who you deal with, but they usually don't respond. you can use your attorney to get things done, but you'll get evicted and black-balled for future apt living. it sucks. you CAN'T outrun the trashy, uncivilized folks in apt living. you go for a high-rent place attempting to outrun them, but they have multiple roommates and can afford the nicer places more than you, because your civilized and don't live in a commune, but a sane, normal and high integrity lifestyle. solution? none to date, except perhaps an even more expensive place -just down the road a-ways, out of RSM- that take in folks more on being upright, civilized with true american values, appearance, lifestyle and morals more than how much rent they can get out of you. good luck, if you can afford it. apt living sucks because it's near impossible to outrun or out pay the trashy folks. buy a house, but then your screwed on a outrageous CA mortgage that you can't unload when your neighbor turns out to be a loud obnoxious psycho. CA is not the place for high middle class. CA only has a comfort zone for slave-labor lowlives or the filthy rich. i say leave CA to the filthy rich and their mexican slave-labor. they can have it. you can do only so much with the great weather and the beautiful geographic region. not only is there no place for the upper middle, and/or high class, the powers that be don't want them here. they cause the rulers problems by confronting the unfair one-sidedness of So-Cal, whereas the slaves here will gladly take what they can get without complaining, and just have a merry old time in a third-world-like barrio. financially independent folk and slaves are all that CA caters too and/or wants. let them have the consequences of their own ways. escape to a state with a sensible cost of living, decent job market, catering to the upper middle to high social class, that has strict "no trespassing laws" and who harshly rejects slave-labor immigrants. that's your only hope for finding safety and quality of life unless you are indeed wickedly RICH in CA (little gross mexico.) the wealthy in the south never gave up their slave-labor force, they only added -------- to it and started giving them pocket chain from the payout of recyclables and welfare services. the sky view (ha, darkbrown view is more like it) sucks, as does most every complex in RSM. complexes here are designed for the huge numbers of slaves housed here.
