Beware Never can come home after 7 p.m.!!!!!!! THERE is Never available parking!Complete nightmare!!! EVERYDAY!!! The rent is TOO high and they increase it $100 after a year ontop of their high rates!!!!!!!! Not worth it!! Staff has harashed me for be $10 short on the rent unknowingly. Rent payment was hours after the "cut off time" and they charged $79 in late fees!!!! Ridiculous!!Horible customer service!!!

I can agree with you parking is absoloutely horrible. Recently the security gaurd and a tow truck have been towing at least one car a night. Last night i parked a qaurter mile down the street at vons and had to walk home because there is a lack of parking spaces in the area. If you planning on moving in beware of parking and I would suggest signing up for the waiting list for a car port (additional 40$ a month). I would not reccomend any of my friends or family. 3/26/09

I AGREE 100%!!! If you consider living here keep in mind that you need to be home in the early evening or you will have to park in the shopping center down the hill! I will be hard to have friends and family to visit because parking is horrible! Beware they are towing cars with expired registration!!!!
