this is definately one of the worst apartments in OC period. Do not move here. I have lived here for almost 2 years and have had numerous calls to the office for noise, drinking, and even a drunk tennant with a gun on his patio. It takes 4-5 calls to the office to fix anything. And even then, the work performed is half a**. Never Never rent here. BTW, I think they're breaking all sorts of renting laws by renting to 8 ppl in one apt! not good....
