If you like getting yelled at and dirty men looking at you come live here. There are people going through the trash dumpsters and in the street at night and all over the place on the weekends. Not the kind of people that are polite and can hold a conversation (any conversation). They scream and yell at you in spanish "boobs and tits," and other vulgar, low education comments. There is an ice cream truck, the person lives here, that plays late at night for hours at a time. There are car alarms that go off at all hours, not to mention a cop car is scene in the parking lot once a week (addressing the tenants and there friends). When I first came here and asked the office staff what this community was like, there reply was that it was a family community. I didn't know that it was a south of the border kind of "family" community.
