When I move in on this apartment a year ago it was really nice and classy. During the middle year of my stay, things have change. The management start renting the apartments from people who are in Housing, Section 8. And things have change.

Children are playing at the dumpster and pulling trash out of the bin and lay it all over the ground. Men are hanging out in their garages drinking. They also do that in the swimming pool. People bring their stuffs from work and wash it. A good example is this lady uses all 4 washer to wash table clothes and napkins in a restaurant.

I feel like I was in ghetto, down in L.A.. That's the reason why I move out of L.A. County to start fresh on a good county. Even though it's expensive at least I would have a very good neighborhood to live in.

Management don't care much about the tenants. They just care how much people they can rent their available apt. So even the ones who cannot afford and don't know the meaning of good living is also allowed to rent to this place. I am not a hateful person. But whenever I see something good being messed up by anything. That really upsets me because of people not having a responsibility to maintain it. I would honestly say, try to look somewhere else instead. This apartment really took a nose dive. A really big one too. I would never recommend this place to anybody I know. I'm lived at Aliteno 4 yrs ago it wansn't bad when my family and i moved in i was 11 yrd old now im almost 18 looking for Apartment of my own and to hear that, this is how it turnned out shock's me yes, there were people who did live below us that had about 4 famlies living there with them they sold drug which later we moved now i live in Pico Rivera much better but it shock's me to even think of Aliento to turn out that way thanks for sharing your thoughts
