MY FAMILY AND I MOVED FROM ORANGE AND WE LOVE IT HERE. I LOVE THE DIVERSITY OF PEOPLE, AS WELL AS THE TUCKED AWAY FEELING I GET. WE ARE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE LAKE! LAGOON OPENS IN MAY AND MY FAMILY AND I CANT WAIT. ANYTHING WE NEED IS A 2 MINUTE DRIVE TO ALL THE SHOPPING ON SANTA MARGARITA PKWY. I FULLY RECOMMEND IT TO FAMILYS AND SINGLES.

I have lived here for many years & love it. It's located by the lake that my kids love & also by the shops in Rancho.. The entire staff here makes my family & I always feel like we are appreciated. I would recommend this property to all of my family & friends. Actually my friend has already moved in & also loves it.
