and do not move anywhere on the affordable housing list look for it under housing programs.

Positive notes on v la paz:
Good price if you need a garage and have a dog.
You don't need to use the telephone to call the police from here (they are usually somewhere on the complex).
Easy walk to albertsons supermarket.

Negative notes:
Had my garage emptied (totally, empty cans/bottle etc, cardboard empty boxes etc) by thieves twice!
"Advised" by law enforcement officer to 1. never leave door/window open or unlocked here, 2.
move to any other apt complex in the area but get out of this one as soon as lease is up as the others have less problems.
Forget the pool at weekends unless you just want to get in and stand.
Forget the gym most nights unless you are wearing a baseball cap and a wife beater.
My apt had no washer dryer OR hookup so I had to use the laundry room when 1 person wasnt using all 4 machines that is. one time I didn't have to pay for the drier because when I went back to the laundry room my clothes had been stolen :)
and lastly my neighbors were both crystal meth addicts ,ambulance constantly calling there and likely manufacturing the drug also and had a kid who would bang his head for hours and hours on the floor apparently, (yes he did have a helmet on).
I am not making any of this up.
