Most of the reviews if not all the reviews that I have read in regards to Villa La Paz have been from people that lived in this complex over 2 years ago.
Villa La Paz has gone through a great deal of change since August of 2002. The Management has changed and made great strides to clean up the community and upgrade the overall appearance of the complex and the apartments.
Upgrades such as new fitness center equipment, new playground, new garage doors, new community Washers and Dryers, new asphault, new building signage,new EXTERIOR lighting, and much more.
Villa La Paz is a beautiful community, and a great place to live.
