Avoid this place like the plague. Shady characters live here. Orange County Sheriff's ALWAYS driving through. One resident recently was convicted of murder.

There are a few situations that aggrevate me like parking, there hardly is none. I've requested a garage but they've never contacted me back. There's people with garages that look like storage facilities with no cars and there also is a ton of cars parked in red zones at night. Drive by sometime and see what I mean. The leasing office sent out a letter saying they would tow anyone in a red zone. But that has NEVER been done. I've also reported signs of termites on my balcony, they've never done anything about that either and it's getting worse. And I've had a rat living in my storage closet on the balcony which is no longer there because I took care of it.

And don't even try to break the lease, they'll take you to the bank.
