I lived in Villa La Paz for over 8 years and watched it go from nice to horrible. Western National manages the property, a company whose practices and policies are those of slumlords. The laundry rooms were filthy and the equipment was often broken. I quit using them in the last two years I lived there, going instead to a laudromat in Mission Viejo. There were abandoned cars left in parking stalls, people living in garages, two families jammed into one bedroom apartments and groups of men who would hang out and drink beer in the dark along the poorly lit pathyways. When I finally left Western National said they had 21 WORKING days to give me back my deposit...which is not what the law says. I had to threaten to take action against them to be paid promptly. This place is run by slumlords.
