Overall Nice Community..Except for the children everywhere

The community is nice, a little overpriced, but the safety of the community is what you pay for. Villa La Paz is definitly the worst complex in the city, but Rancho Santa Margarita is very expensive most of the other complexes are way over-priced.
The only complaint that I have is the abundance of hispanic children that run around the entire complex screaming all day. Your saturdays are ruined by crying and screaming brats. The parents do not tend to them, and you have to tell them to be quiet yourself.
The community itself is nice. Just a few months ago they repaved and for the most part the inside of the place are very nice, clean and we have only had the garbage disposal go out on us, no other problems.
TIP: The studios have no one under them. You are on top of a garage. Ideal if you want to be a little loud.

your complaining about noise but then suggest a studio so you can be noisy, that makes a lot of sense.
