I have lived at Villa La Paz for 2 years and absolutely love it. I have never had any problems with the people that live here. My apartment is quiet, clean and I have NEVER had a rodent or insect problem. Parking can be tight, but it's not like you can't rent a garage or get a carport. I rarely see the cops here and I am always out walking my dog. I never even see anyone out at night. The office staff is great and always helpful and any repairs I have ever needed was fixed right away. It is what you make it, but I absolutely love it here and would recommend it to everyone!
