After reading the reviews thus far, I figured I should comment. First, the apartment complex IS inexpensive. That's why most of us moved here in the first place. However, I have never experienced a lot of the problems that I read about in the previous posts. For instance, I don't have a bug/mouse problem here, maintenance has always been pretty good about fixing things, and we rent 2 carport spaces, so parking is fine. Having said that- it can be pretty loud if you live next to loud neighbors (our neighbors are constantly having parties on their porch), the cops are here quite frequently, and from time to time, domestic disputes do crop up! Basically, you get what you pay for, and this place is decent for the amount we pay.
