A man would constantly leave flowers, letters, even dog treats outside my garage. He scared me and I asked him to leave me alone. I reported every incidence to the office and nothing was done. The stalking continued and the man actually chased me home one night. I needed an extra month after giving my notice to move out. They made me pay $250 more than my normal rent to cover the extra month. APPALLING. It was also disappointing that they kept my deposit and charged me an additional $750 for cleaning and paint. Granted... I did not clean the stove, but when I left, the apartment was in very good condition. I had even planted a garden in the dirt portion of my patio. I tried to fight it out with Western National, but since I didn't take pictures, it was my word against theirs and they threatened to ruin my credit. Western National is a BAD Management company, they hire idiots, and scam renter's for every penny. They even started making renters PAY to have a garage when they renewed the lease. The pool not by the office (which they show to potential renters) is filthy. Also, this place is sooo far from a freeway. Maintenance was helpful (when I went directly to them)... don't bother with the office staff or manager.
