I don't think Villa La Paz is so bad. I've lived here now for 9 months and I really like it. It's pretty quiet compared to some of the places I've lived. I have witnessed a couple of domestic spats, but you'll have that anywhere. I keep seeing all the terrible ratings and comments, but I live alone with my 2 yr old and I feel very safe here. I do however, agree that the staff needs some customer service improvement to say the least. They are not very pleasant, almost like it's a burden that they have to do their job. But, taking your concerns to the corporate office sure purks them right up! It's over priced for what ya get. But, it's safe, clean and quiet. I have yet to see something that will get me to move out just yet.
