I should probably just walk away from all of this as my responses seem to do nothing more than make everyone more and more upset. It seems that some comments I have posted most recenetly that almost got me fired because I was only trying to tell you the residents the truth about the management team at Villa La Paz have been earsed by none other than the remaining team memebers in the leasing office. I wish there was some way or something that I could say that would convince everyone how much I trully cared about this community. My responses most recently have tended to be defensive considering I had my residents that I defended and cared for on a daily basis tell me that I should be fired when I felt that I was not the cause to at least 75% of the problems this community had. People think they know how the system works but they truly don't understand until they have heard EVERY side of the story. There are alot of politics involved in this business and I had minimal power to make the difference. I tried, believe me so many times, but my ideas were consistenetly overloooked. Ideas to fix parking and garages and subletting, but they never seemed important enough to anyone but me. How much more can I do if I don't have the support of my own coworkers'. I decided recently which Im sure most of you know that I could no longer work in that kind of enviroment. I am really sadden that all of this has turned around to be my fault, all of the reviews and responses on this site have been blamed on me for posting when that is ABSOLUTELY not the truth. I wish that everyone had gotten a chance to see the very last response I had written but nobody will and that's ok, it was a little over board, didn't make my previous boss too happy but I think it would have shed some honest light for he residents. I am not going to repeat what I had said, morally I believe it was the right thing to do, I responded on impulse maybe too quickly but if you had only been there that day maybe you would understand. I did not want to walk away from this burning any bridges as that is career suicide in this business and I can only hope that in the near future I will be able to prove myself as the great employee I know I am. So I am done now defending myself and again as stated in the last response wish Vill La Paz residents the best of luck!

------......you suck! The people at your new job agree!!!!! I dealt with you, and I'll be damned if I back you up on anything. You have no clue on what follow up means, or what defines customer service. Don't put the blame on other people just cause you suck! And for the love of God, keep your stupid a*# off of this website and get to work!

It's great to see that Western National is still letting the residents and inferior employees cause problems for good employees just trying to do their jobs. Villa La Paz and Villas Antonio are filled with trashy residents. Most of the residents have not been properly screened and need to be cleaned out. Unfortunately, if you try to do that then you are attacked by residents and then forced to quit. But what these stupid residents do not know is the next manager is usually worse. So residents, stop fighting with your Property Manager and try to see thing from a business point of view.

Stupid Residents? Residents causing problems FOR the employees? What planet are you on? Yet again, the problems are being blamed on the people who supply the mgt with their paychecks. I'll say it again you dimwitted fool.....if the employees did their jobs, addressed issues, and had even the tiniest bit of respect for the residents then the residents wouldn't complain so much. Happy residents don't complain. You have over 500 units with very consistent complaints. GET A CLUE! The problem isn't with the residents. Stop with the constant inspections and privacy invasions, stop renting to illegals, and assign parking to alleviate the parking problems. Most of the complaints would stop right there. The fact that YOU don't properly screen people is not the fault of the people who live there. The "stupid" residents are paying for a service. YOU work for THEM! They have a right to expect respect and cooperation from you. They have a right to expect privacy in their own home. They have a right to expect a place to park their vehicle. They have a right to expect that the mgt will address any and all issues that come up. Stop blaming all the residents for the few bad ones. Stop acting like you're some kind of victim. Stop insisting that residents attacked you for no reason when in fact, they were responding to your verbal abuse and bad attitude. And most importantly of all, stop blaming others for your own incompetence. I know who you are and you are wasting your time continuing to post here. I will respond every single time and I guarantee you will not like one thing I have to say. I will not let you off the hook. The complaints here all have similar themes. That in itself is enough to prove that those posting complaints are truthful and you are not.
