These people are idiots! Every month they give a notice to enter. How many times does it take the stupid contractors to replace water heaters. Now they are coming in again and they never, ever leave the place as it was. They ALWAYS leave my blinds open, track crap on the carpet and leave another notice that it's not done and they gotta come back again. VLP is the worse, most incompetent apartment complex in South OC. I hate it here and am counting down the days til my lease is up. It wasn't always this bad...this past year is when all the crap started. The office people are terrible. They are the reason I want out.
