I agree with the other review. I lived there briefly when I separated from my husband in 2002 we got back together w/in a month. I guarantee that the shoddy conditions I was forced to live in at Villa La Paz played a role in our realizing things weren't so bad afterall in our relationship. I eventually had him move in with me there for a few months, until we bought a condo in HB. Do not sign anything from the leasing office, they twist and manipulate things. It is not a safe or pleasant place to live.

I recently came to learn from a friend that some of the apartment complexes in RSM have subsidized units and are also recommended by Social Services for people coming out of drug & alcohol recovery & domestic violence situations.
