Management is terrible. Nothing gets fixed right constant inspections and repairs that cause you great inconvience with no running water. Police here constantly. People hit your car and dont leave a note. Pool is disgusting with tons of hair and oil in water people leave chewed gum all over the gyms. Dogs barking constantly. Noisy neighbors who throw trash and cigerattes everywhere. Small dogs are allowed but many tenants break this rule and dont clean up after their dogs poop.
