This was was ridiculous. Scared the crap out of me to come home late at night. I would have to stay on the phone with one of my friends because they were so many creepers around. They swindle you out of money constantly. The maintenance is poor. The quality of people living there is crap. There are police there constantly. I have seen every type of drug there. This is not a safe place for children. I was there because it was cheap..but I guess you get what you pay for. SCREW THAT PLACE

GNARLY. yeah i lived there for a year, and you wont believe how many registered sex offenders live in that complex alone!

the staff here are horrible, parking is bull-ish they had towed my car without notice, why not set-up another parking space for each tenant, but no you have to deal with crappy parking. I have a garage but I have two vehicles for me and my girl. There's alot of mexican's that lives in these apartments. probably a 2 bedroom apartment is occupied my like 8 people that lives in one apartment. Im not racist at all im from Los Angeles I have family that half -------- but these place reminds me of downtown L.a., I moved out of L.a. soo i can enjoy a nice clean place but driving and entering the complex is like mini L.a. But i could live with that i just hate the fact that the staff are horrible they do random check in apartments, they give out notices but damn every month? something fishy about that. Parking sucks just got a car towed recently and its the tenants fault by parking the car for over 3 days at a spot, wow.. i just cant wait to get the fck out of villa la paz i regret movin in here. it was nice at the beginning but just ruined the please staying here because on how they handle things.
