My boyrfriend and I wanted to get our own place together for the first time so we found this place since it was the CHEAPEST of all. The staff was nice AT FIRST when we signed our contract. My boyfriend and I has lived in this complex for 6 months month and CAN NOT WAIT TILL OUR CONTRACT IS OVER (Since I dont want to loose my 2000 deposit). I wish we had did our research before moving into this place, especially reading all the ratings about this apartment from all didnt websites. The first month was ok, no one didnt really bothered us but we did notice that the population was 90% hispanic. Well, where can i start out. The staff left a notice on our door stating that we had excessive item on our patio. We had three small box (double the size of a shoe box) and it was place neatly in the corner of our patio, but have you seen the rest of our neighbors patio' You could barely walk thru their patio, they have so much s**T and the patio is really small. They had like 5 chairs, a portable small kiddy pool and LOTS of clothes hung on a wire. Come on' are you serious. Then my boyfriend's car gets towed without notice. This i know for a far because, well his car is really not drivable at the time so that morning, when he took me to work, we pass by his car to check on it to make sure there was notice and there wasnt. So we call the office and the lady we spoke to didnt even know our car got towed. I thought the office gets a notice of the towing and the maintaince guy would have to let the office know and they call the towing, but it seem like the guys who works outside just called the towed truck himself since the staffing at the office didnt know. So now we have to pay for it to get it out. There has been 3-4 other incidents that we had that we spoke to the staffing and when you call to ask for the updates on it, another staff will tell you, well we didnt know about it. Like WTH, dont the staff communication with each other at all' Then, when you call the office to speak to the manger or assistant manager, they'll never there so the staffing say. They're always either out on vacation or out for the day. So when they tell you they'll be back tomorrow and you come or call the following day, the staff will say "Ooh, im sorry but she called and said she cant make it today." Kids as young as 4 or 5 are running around this place without any supervision, running into the streets, where CRAZY people are driving 50 mphs on a turn. One day when i was home around 2pm, I look outside the window and a police quad rated one of the apartments and the guy's car. I heard they found illegally drugs and items that was stolen. This was scary. What's even scary is that when you walk to or from your car, day or night, you got these 50 or 60 years old hispanic guys staring at you like your a piece of meat. Im sure theres alot more incident we incounter living here but too many to write down so just to make things short I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE..!!!!

Read your lease especially the Section and Addendum on "Parking." I am almost positive that they cannot tow your car without a minimum 24 hour written notice. In addition call the Manager's Boss the Area Manager, or Vice President. If you do that then they will pay for your towing and maybe even get the car back here for you. Start to document everything in writing, take pictures and take them to small claims court if you need to it's only under $100. Western National Group is a pretty bad Property Manager and only cares about the rent. Chances are your Manager has been at the Property as long as you have and has no clue what they are doing. Stand up for yourself and you might even be let out of the lease early without penalty. Good luck and I hope this helps. There are nicer properties in South Orange County just Not Managed by Western National Group.

Its kinda scary because not even 5 minutes after I posted my review, the assistant manager called me about my concern and mentioned the fact that I wrote a review base on the fact that I was upset after speaking to one of their staff. Scary huh? But yes, I read the contract and thats exactly what it says. 24hour notice before they can tow a vehicle so Im still doing research on that. But its kinda hard because the staff gives notice, it dated wrong. Like yesterday, my boyfriend and I got home last night and we received a notice but it was dated on 06-15-09 but it was the 17th already and the notice gave us 3days to respond. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR RESPONSE
