The rent is getting too high so we are moving out after 3 years here.
The management are professional and not rude, maintenance staff are respectful.
Had shared 2 car garage here will never ever do that again but all apts here have garage mostly 1 car.
The complex is quite clean and tidy.
Parking not really a problem has extra street and back of shopping parking.
Normally quiet.
Pool and gym are normally not too busy unlike other apts i have lived in.
You can walk to supermarket in 5 minutes (or drive, hey this is california).
Seems to have some of the cheapest fixtures and fittings inside the apt that there is except brass shiny door handles.
If I bought this apt as a condo I would rip out the entire kitchen and bathroom including linoleum and throw it straight into the nearest dumpster.
And yes there can be an ant problem quite frequently but this seems to be normal for RSM as the whole area has an ant problem I have seen anthills in the area that I have never seen before as big.
The landscaping at this complex does seem to favor rodents in my opinion.
