DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT LIVE HERE!! Everything that all of the previous tenants have complained about, is all true.
1. Parking is a NIGHTMARE!
2. ABANDONED cars everywhere!
3. Vehicles with EXPIRED tags everywhere!
I have written letters to management, and spoke with them in person, and they do NOTHING to resolve the problem. They can call a Tow Truck, BUT THEY DON'T!!
If you aren't home by 6 p.m., forget parking in the parking lot. Your car will be out on the street!!
There are teenagers hanging out drinking and smoking in the play area! The new sign management posted does NO GOOD! Do they really think kids care about a stupid sign!
SECURITY'''' FORGET IT!! THERE IS NO SECURITY HERE AT NIGHT!! ***NONE!** If you see Police here, it's because they are responding to a call. They are not patrolling here. It is private property!! Don't believe me'' Call the Police and verify what I say is true! Management will feed you a different line of B.S. though. Of course, they want you to live here!! The Police have no reason to lie to you though. Want more HARSH REALITY''' 90% of the calls the POLICE respond to here in R.S.M. is at this apartment complex, and Villa La Paz. Lots of tenants on PROBATION live here. Lots of drug users live here! Lots of PETTY CRIME goes on in here! Punk kids who have nothing else better to do than disturb the peace, and make life miserable here.
At least Avila has security!!! They are only 1/4 mile down the road. SAVE YOURSELF THE FRUSTRATION! Move to Avila, it is patrolled. It is a bit more expensive than here. But the quality of people that live there far surpasses the low lifes here. I personally know of 2 people that just gave their notice here because of major problems. And I know of several others who will not be renewing leases here because of poor management. The new Manager, James, has no clue what he is doing. They truly do NOT care about the safety and happieness of their tenants. If they did, they would enforce the rules around here, and pay a security company to patrol in the evening. It's that simple. If security were here, the police wouldn't be here all the time!!
