Decent apartment, horrible management

The apartment itself if fine--actually good storage--although the blinds are so cheap that if you attempt to open or close them at all, slats will snap right off. The management is vile. They try to change the rules & policies on you once you're settled in. ---- about totally ridiculous things. The complex is kept up, and it feels safe to me--but the management are borderline evil.
