We have had a slurry of issues with this apartment community. We have lived here just 1 year and have had 4 water heater repairs done, a new garbage disposal, 6 garage door repairs/replacements, an air conditioner repair, our heater does not work though they claim to have repaired that as well (it blows out cold air), had water flood in through our front door because they hosed off the walkways and there was a large gap below the door, moved to a different unit and had a large hole in the wall, backwards doors and poor patch jobs and had several mysterious changes in the apartment when we were not there. The office staff has been rude and is extremely unorganized and inefficient. Upon relocating to another unit we were also slammed with a new deposit, long list of ridiculous fees and told incorrect information. When attempting to contact the office staff regarding an issue we are given the run around and have yet to resolve issues regarding the charges now 2.5 months later though we call daily. Also our garage is SHARED with another tenant, leaving our stored possessions in the open to another resident; and was not constructed uniformly as my garage mate is able to park his truck in the garage and I am unable to fit my compact car in it.

They scam you for your money, they overcharge for a shadily maintained apartment community. I WOULD NOT recommend this place even to my enemies as this apartment complex has made my fiance and I both dread coming home after work.

Maybe your credit was bad enough to wear you require a large security deposit. I recently transfered apartments and find the quality of living great (I transfered so I can have a 2x2). It is illegal for someone to enter the your home if your not there, if you claim to have someone entering your apartment when your not there uhh ummmm WHY DONT YOU CALL THE POLICE? I am looking to move and found this positing on here, to be honest I am moving due to a large rent increase, that might be the only problem (Prices). My take on what you posted is that you need to gain control of your finances and your apartment and GROW UP. Resident OUT!
