They are always on top of landscaping. Where I am there is a view of the pool- which is really nice. I just had my daughters birthday at the club house which is designed to look like a room in Coto de Caza or something- its just really nicely upgraded. I got a lot of compliments from my cousins and friends so if you're already living here I suggest you use the club house for a get together too.

I know they allow dogs because I have one. I pick up after my dog and everyone else does too. The people in the pool are rarely loud, usually just there to sunbathe.

We have two cars, and since they only give us 1 garage for 1 car, my wife will park in the parking and I will park in the garage.

The staff are simply friendly and they do whatever you ask them. It's just a really laid back, calm, and nice community.
