You can tell these apartments are LOW CLASS by just driving by. They also have something called "The Bond Program" so you have people paying rent at least $200 less than you for the same apartments. If you like loud music, shopping carts in the bushes and nosy neighbors then this is the place for you. I encourage you to look around for a better value for your money. Villa La Paz and Villas Antonio are the WORST APARTMENTS IN SOUTH COUNTY!
