Living at these apartments was a mistake. Having lived in Orange County my entire life coming to this apartment complex was like coming to the slums. The maintenance of the apartments are not kept up. The noise complaints are not dealt with. Their are constant letters sent out about vandalism and problems of the community that management could not deal with. The employees in the leasing office were even worse then the overall appearance of the apartment. It seems that the property management hired employees with no experience in customer service, PR or common sense. I thought possibly it was just me with this problem, but many other tenants see and have the same issues.
