Great Place to Live! Thanks, Apartment Ratings! With you we found a nice place in RSM. It's clean, tidy and quiet. We got a discount in rent and we are paying a ridiculously low price for a newer apartment built in the 2000's that can be considered to be luxurious.

Smoker's Paradise If there is only 10% people left in OC that smoke they all musta' moved into this complex! Almost everyone you walk by has a cigarette in their hand & they throw the butts everywhere. The smell comes into your appartment too thru vents and cracks around pipes in walls.
