Check out the Equity Properties down the street!
I have lived at both and only Moved from Parkview Terrace to Redlands Lawn and Tennis because I wanted to save money. They made it easy and are very accesible to thier residents.

Don't pay the overpriced rate and save your money to buy a house :)

The staff at this property is a train wreck and considers you a bother, rather than a new tenant that is about to give them lots of $$$
