	i moved to brookside plams in 1997 and still there. there really nice apartment its a really good neigborhood. the maintenance is good. and the office staff is good.

	me and my husband and kids love this place. the management co is great.they have painted the apts and redone the parking lot.the on site office staff tends to your every need,small or big in a timely fashion.thank you brookside ... more

	MY BOYFRIEND AND I MOVED INTO BROOKSIDE PALMS IN DECEMBER WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE APARTMENT, HUGE MISTAKE!THE APARTMENT WAS VERY FILTHY THERE WAS PUBIC HAIR IN THE BATHROOM ON THE TOILET AND FLOOR FROM THE LAST PERSON WHO LIVED THERE,YUCK!!! ... more
