In the three years my family has lived at Del Flora we have had wonderful neighbors, respectful and unobtrusive management, and timely response from maintenance when we have had a problem inside our apartment. They haven't bothered us in the least because we pay our rent on time and follow the simple guidelines which were covered and explained to us at the time of signing our lease. Grounds are kept clean and there is always security personel patroling the grounds at night. They do change frequently, but it doesn't bother me. I'm just happy to know we have that extra measure of protection. We have lived in apartments in the past that had break in problems, noise disturbances, and low quality construction. We haven't had problems like that here. The only complaint I have is that the highschool kids from REV high do get loud while walking home from school sometimes, but it is not a problem exclusive to Del Flora. Everyone who lives with half a mile from the highschool experience the same thing, and it really isn't that bad and certainly not unacceptable. So overall I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone that's looking for a pleasant, safe, and fairly priced apartment home.
