Not worth it!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I lived at Del Flora for 2 years while in Graduate school. We took very good care of the place and when we moved out, only 20% of our security deposit was returned. This was very upsetting. I attempted to speak with the manager and they were rude and unwilling to discuss the issue. The manager was unprofessional and downright mean. I would live somewhere else if you can!
